conditions. Note that these terms and conditions of use are
subject to change without notice. You are deemed to have

websites operated by us or our affiliates. For the terms and

us if you would like to link to the Websites. Note that we

prejudicial to public order and standards of public decency

Sites that could damage the credibility or

Even if you are given permission to link to the Websites,
Olympus may cancel that permission if it deems that the link is
inappropriate, due to any subsequent circumstances.

permission is required for using an Olympus logo mark as a link
banner). Set up the link so that the Websites appears in its own
window, rather than in a frame of the linking page (set the

Olympus possesses a great variety of technical
information, ideas or the like, gained through long years of
research in wide range of fields. In order to avoid difficulties
that may arise if Olympus already possesses information, ideas
or the like similar to the proposed information/idea or the
like, we do not accept proposals in any other format than the

9. Insider
Trading
The Websites may release information which is
classified as material facts ("Information") under Securities
and Exchange Law ("Law"). If you sell, purchase or otherwise
deal with Olympus share(s) after you have an access to the
Information and within 12 hours of the Information release, you
may be in breach of the insider trading provision of the Law.
